Residential 3D renderings in Madrid, Colmenar Viejo

Architectural 3D renderings of a 156 homes residential complex, located in Madrid, in Colmenar Viejo.

For this project, interior design renderings of the 3D show home as well as the common areas, were commissioned.

The 3D renderings of this real estate development showcase the adult and children’s pool, chill out and barbecue area, gym and tennis court.

This residential complex will be called Living Colmenar.

Exxacon Living Colmenar

Twelve 3D renderings were commissioned to showcase the interior of the show flat as well the common areas of the complex.

A 360º virtual tour was also developed.

In this project Rendersa was in charge of the interior decor as well the garden landscape decor.
